Bordering on Nuevo Vallarta is Flamingos, which is a housing development and is famous for Flamingos Golf Course, designed by Englishman Percy Clifford in 1978 when the area was still heavily populated with crocodiles. They are still there, in the water holes of the course, that’ll make your game more interesting! Just think of the stories you can tell the cronies back home. Also, you can view the crocks at the “Crocodilarium.”
Flamingos has recently been earmarked for a major infusion of funds to further develop for the area. A new golf course is under construction, with plans for additional club facilities.
